Is there a file in Virtual DJ that gets updated with the current playing song along with artist? I am looking for this file to pass song info through Butt to radio.co radio station.

yes there is
...\VirtualDJ\History\tracklist.txt
that can be formatted to some extent including any tag data and '\n' chars but the time is unavoidable.
I've made plugins for pro FM radio stations to feed their RDS system from a .txt flie, only the music data not production or ad tracks. If you want something precise.
