Hi, I don.t use VDJ to dj, I only use vinyl and only a few gigs a year.. I have VDJ to practice at home and for fun. Because of a dj not showing up, friends asked me last week to drop everything and to come with my controler. I toke the SZ, not my ddj1000 (I couldn’t know) now my question: everything went well, but for 1,5 hours another dj came. She came with an usb-stick, because normal there should be cdj’s from the dj not showing up. How can I integrate them best on that moment? Is there a way to integrate them? I know you can create them in VDJ, but does this also work in the oposite way. Plug in in our laptop and play them through VDJ?

Yes, if the USB was prepared for CDJ devices, you could plug it on your PC and VirtualDJ would recognize it and load everything (playlists, tracks, cues, grid, e.t.c.)
So, yes the DJ would be able to perform, but he/she would have a small learniing curve for the first couple tracks since VirtualDJ as a software does not work completely the same as CDJs do.
